Successful restaurateur Aldo Lamberti travels back to his Italian homeland frequently to visit his roots and look for new ideas to bring back to Cherry Hill, New Jersey. In 2005, while visiting the Amalfi Coast in Italy, Aldo took a trip to the Salerno region to work on his next endeavor. In the Cilento National Park, he walked amongst groves of olive trees and made sure that his vision of bottling his own extra virgin olive oil would come to fruition. Aldo ensures that the olives for his olive oil are ‘first cold pressed’ to fully preserve the delicate flavor of the olive oil and are deemed ‘extra virgin’ for the highest quality, perfect flavor, aroma and balanced acidity.
