All-Natural Pork Sausage and Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients:

1.5 lb. Country Time Farm pork sausage (All Natural Antibiotic Free)
4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Cloves sliced garlic
8 oz. Roasted peppers
1 lb. Broccoli rabe (blanched & slightly chopped)
4 oz White wine (dry)
8 oz. Chicken stock or pasta water
1 lb. Short pasta (such as Rigatoni, Penne, Ziti or Ditaloni)
4 oz. Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

Sauté pork sausage in extra virgin olive oil. Add garlic & roasted peppers – lightly brown. Add wine, broccoli rabe and liquid. Cook 8–10 minutes on medium heat. Cook and drain pasta. Add pasta and toss together with cheese. Serve at once. Yields eight adult portions or sixteen appetizers
