Pasta Fagioli

(Serves 4)

Ingredients:

16 oz. of dry fagioli
8 oz. of plum tomatoes
4 oz. of celery
4 oz. of olive oil
2 oz. of garlic
8 oz. of dry pasta
Pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Boil the fagioli until cooked and add tomatoes, celery, olive oil, garlic and a pinch of black pepper. Let everything boil for 10 minutes, then add some dry pasta (about 8 oz. depending on the amount of water boiling in the pot). Let pasta cook until al dente and add a pinch of salt.
