Whiskey Sauce

Ingredients:

1 qt. heavy cream
8 egg yolks
8 sugar
5 whiskey
2 tsp. vanilla


Procedure:

Bring cream to a boil. Mix yolks, sugar, whiskey and vanilla together and boil cream mixture to yolk mixture about half and then pour back into pan. Cook until thick but do not allow to come to boil.
