Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:

Fresh basil leaves (cleaned)
Pine nuts
Olive oil
Grated parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Your choice of pasta

Preparation:

Blend the basil leaves, pine nuts, cheese, salt and pepper in a blender. Add olive oil slowly until pesto is complete. Taste to see if it needs more salt. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and add pesto sauce. Toss and add parmesan cheese (if desired).
