Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:

Olive oil
Garlic
1/2 glass of white wine
Fresh cut tomatoes
Mushrooms
1/2 glass of water
Pasta of your choice
Parmesan cheese


Procedure:

Sauté the olive oil with garlic. Let the garlic roast a bit and then add 1/2 glass of white wine. Next, add fresh cut tomatoes, mushrooms and 1/2 glass of water. Let the tomatoes and mushrooms cook for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime, boil your selection of pasta and when the pasta is al dente, mix with the sauce and enjoy! Don’t forget to sprinkle some Parmesan cheese to complete your dish!
