Blackfin Tuna Crudo
2 oz Blackfin Tuna
1 Tbsp Capers
1 tsp Chopped Red Onions
1 tsp Chopped Basil
1 tsp Chopped Chives
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Diced Tomatoes
Sea Salt (to taste)
Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)
Slice tuna in thin slices and arrange on chilled plate.
Season with sea salt and pepper
In mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and check for seasoning.
Drizzle on tuna and sprinkle with chives
