Portobello con Capellini
A Portobello Mushroom
Fresh Grated Parmigiano Cheese.
Slice the portobello mushroom and let it cook in the oven. When the mushroom is done, sauté the garlic and olive oil together. Then add raisins, peanuts and the mushroom. Let this cook for a few minutes. Put the pasta (already cooked) in the pan with the mushroom, raisins and peanuts. Let all of the ingredients mix together and add the parmigiano cheese. Decorate the top of the pasta with fresh basil and parsley.
