• What restaurants are included in your “Tour of Italy”?
When Aldo Lamberti remodeled his Caffe Aldo Lamberti location he got such a great response from his patrons that he decided it was time to renovate and update some more of his locations with the hopes of more positive responses at those locations as well. He chose Lamberti’s Cucina of Mt. Holly, Lamberti’s Cucina of Brace Road in Cherry Hill and Lamberti’s Cucina of Philadelphia as the three locations to renovate. Each location now focuses on a specific region or city in Italy and, when combined together, comprise a 'Tour of Italy' that includes Milan, Tuscany and Positano (respectively).

The first stop on our tour takes you to taste of Milan, Italy at our Mt. Holly location, Milano Modo by Lamberti. Here, you will enter the modern world of contemporary and sleek design that is common in Milan.

Next, we have Tutti Toscani by Lamberti, inspired by the beautiful and lush region of Tuscany, we are pleased to bring you the look and feel of a quaint Tuscan trattoria that will make you feel as if you should have brought your passport to dine here. To add to this feeling, we have imported a specially made wood fired brick oven, right from Italy, that truly enhances the flavors of our pizzas. And not to forget the beautiful outdoor patio we added to enhance your dining experience.

The last stop on the tour takes you to the City of Brotherly Love. A cobblestone street in Philadelphia leads you to the city of Positano, one of the most famous stops along the Amalfi Coast in Southern Italy. Here you will find decor that was hand-selected and imported directly from Positano such as marine blue tile floors, hand painted columns and tiles made especially for our restaurant and a unique bar that depict this beautiful city, and so we have called this restaurant Positano Coast by Aldo Lamberti. These three locations make up our 'Tour of Italy'.

• Are your specials made fresh daily?
Yes! We have daily additions to our menu that are based on what is available and are of the best and freshest quality. Our specials are truly prepared with those seasonal abundant ingredients. Our philosophy is to use the absolute freshest ingredients around.

• Weren’t you called Pasta Blitz and Ristorante Lamberti?
Yes. Some of our locations were formerly known as Pasta Blitz by Lamberti and others were known as Ristorante Lamberti.

• Why did you change your name?
We are casual, family-oriented Italian restaurants. Our name Pasta Blitz by Lamberti did not communicate that message to the public. The decision was made to change our name to better define the restaurants and the food we serve. There was too much confusion amongst our customers with the two concepts we were formerly known as, Pasta Blitz by Lamberti & Ristorante Lamberti. Thus, we made the name change. We wanted to make everyone understand that we are the same company and that similar cuisine and service can be found throughout.

• Is there new management now?
No. Our recipes and management have remained the same.

• Are you a chain?
No. We are a family-owned and operated group of restaurants.

• What does "Cucina" mean?
Cucina in Italian can be a noun or a verb. As a noun it means kitchen. As a verb it means cooking. Essentially we like to say that Lamberti's Cucina means, "Lamberti is cooking".

•How can I compliment the restaurants?
You can visit our website and use the email form, fill out one of our comment cards only available at Lamberti’s Cucina locations and Forno Pizzeria & Grille or you can call 800-2LAMBERTI. All three of these methods reach the Corporate Office.

• Do you own Forno Pizzeria & Grille?
Yes. Forno Pizzeria & Grille replaces what many of you formerly knew as Pasta Blitz located on Route 70 in Cherry Hill that we lost due to fire.

• Why didn’t I see the "Lamberti’s in Voorhees" on your list of locations?
Specifically our corporation runs the restaurants "Lamberti’s Cucina, Caffe Aldo Lamberti, Forno Pizzeria & Grille, Positano Coast, Tutti Toscani, Milano Modo, Luna Rossa and Pasta Vino". That location in Voorhees does not specifically have any of the above names in its entirety. It sounds complicated, considering we share (part of) the same name, but that particular location in Voorhees (in addition to Marlton, Cape May, Margate, Temple Campus & The Philadelphia Airport) is not affiliated with our corporation. Our corporation consists of 13 restaurants in the area, which you can find listed on our "Locations" link on this site. Many customers in the area believe all of our restaurants to be related, when in fact our corporation is run much differently than theirs, especially with operations.

• Is Caffe Aldo Lamberti open for lunch on Mondays?
Yes! The only location within our organization that is closed any day of the week is our Luna Rossa location in Turnersville. They are closed on Mondays. As for Caffe Aldo Lamberti, they are open for lunch AND dinner 7 days a week!

• Does Caffe Aldo Lamberti have a liquor license?
Yes they do! There is some confusion about this, because there have been times where BYO was applied to Caffe Aldo Lamberti in advertently by some media, however this is not true.

• Are reservations required at Caffe Aldo Lamberti?
Although reservations are not required, in order to better serve you, reservations are greatly appreciated at all times. If you are choosing to dine at any of our Lamberti's Cucina locations, reservations are not usually necessary unless you are dining with a party of 6 or more guests.

• What is the proper dress attire for Caffe Aldo Lamberti?
We feel that "dressy casual" is the best way to describe what would be appropriate.

• May we pre-order our wine when dining at Caffe Aldo Lamberti?
Absolutely! You may order a bottle of wine when making your reservation, so that it may be opened and allowed to breathe sufficiently prior to your arrival.

• Does Lamberti's Family of Restaurants have a policy on cell phone use in the dining room?
Proper cell phone etiquette would be appreciated in the dining room to be courteous to the other guests that are dining.

• May we request a particular server at any of the restaurant locations?
Please feel free to request a particular server if you have enjoyed a dining experience with them before.
